Glenn Williams and Joanna Williams, owners of Williams Finishes located in the panhandle of Florida, have over twenty years of completing complex decorative painting for many local residents and buisnesses. Working with architects, designers, builders or personally with the clients that we create one of a kind techniques and finishes that appeal to a multitude of interior design styles.
Glenn Williams, has enjoyed professionally completing decorative painting projects for twenty years, expressing a lifetime of experience to create his unique approach to his work. Glenn and others recognized his self taught talent for visual arts in early childhood. He continued to pursue his desire for painting through school, accomplishing awards and recognition. For four years Glenn apprenticed with an accomplished visual artist, developing skills for portraits and landscapes in multiple mediums.
In 1996 he attended his first faux and decorative painting workshop in Greensboro, North Carolina with instructor, Kevin Rutan. Glenn and his wife, JoAnna, attended their first Faux Effects Products workshop at “The Finishing Source” in Atlanta, Georgia with instructor, Caroline Waldenburg. Since attending their first class together, they have created every project together with a style that combines their training and knowledge of 21st century products. Glenn & JoAnna enjoy traveling and attending workshops to continue thier education in decorative painting.
Glenn & Joanna were featured at the Vero Beach Museum of Art, by Faux Effects International Inc. for the “Meeting of the Masters 2003. Their Decorative Painting portfolio is a result of constant experimentation with products, color, style and techniques.
